Caption For Artwork (Description About Artwork): A friend posted stories on insta of this amazing sunset over The Great Salt Lake and I was mesmerised. I needed to paint it. So I took half a million screenshots of the video, stitched them together so I could get the whole view. And it felt like it needed to be a 3 part painting. Something where you could hang the pieces separately or together and they'd still be complete alone or together but more beautiful together. At an event recently, I was just explaining my idea of a 3 part painting to a lovely lady. I was telling her that pieces could be bought separately but that I suggest whoever buys to buy them together. She said she loved them and said she'd think about it . Sometime later she rushed back and told me to keep the 3 for her. So I said ok. Towards the end of the event she came back to buy the 3 together and told me about 2 of her friends, how the three of them were close but in different parts of the world. So this painting spoke to her and she wanted each of them to have a part of the painting. Each complete on its own but together form an even more beautiful picture. It's the magical moments such as these!!
